DGplex is proud to have been contracted by the ACT Government through the Digital, Data and Technology Solutions (DDTS) division to provide enhanced threat detection and response capabilities for the ACT public service.
The Engagement
Under a three-year agreement, DGplex is delivering managed security operations to monitor ACT Government services — including cloud platforms — and utilising artificial intelligence to strengthen defences against cyber attacks. The solution provides broader support for capturing security information from applications, infrastructure, and cloud systems across the ACT Government's digital environment.
Why This Matters
This engagement followed audit findings that identified significant cyber security vulnerabilities across ACT Government agencies, including weaknesses in user access management, application whitelisting adoption, and activity monitoring. The ACT Auditor-General highlighted that these gaps exposed systems to risks including unauthorised access to sensitive information, cyber security attacks, loss of critical data, and the inability to promptly recover systems in the event of significant disruption.
What DGplex Delivers
- 24/7 managed detection and response across the ACT Government's digital infrastructure
- Security monitoring across applications, cloud platforms, and on-premises systems
- AI-powered threat analysis and incident response
- Quarterly breach reports and forecasting analysis to support ongoing capability planning
This engagement demonstrates DGplex's capability to deliver sovereign, government-grade cybersecurity solutions at scale — and our commitment to protecting Australia's public sector from an evolving threat landscape.
